Purpose of Our Society
Thw Wessex Golf Society was set up to provide friendly, competitive golf to its members, and to introduce it's members to new courses in the area.
Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage all our members to enjoy their golf, and to get the most out of it.
We aim to ensure all members of our society are able to compete with each other, by awarding and maintaining handicaps in line with CONGU handicap guidlines.
We look to encourage our members to improve their games, if they so wish, and provide them with information and statistics to help them target any practice time they have.
